Track medical and financial records


This is where the user can track and monitor both the medical and financial records in his medical facility. This is only allowed for managers and accountants. To understand more about our roles and permissions, please check our documentation.

Once you access the module, you will be landing this page. As you see there is a tutorial video explaining how the module works. Then you will find some quick links e.g. documentation, terminologies, and more importantly direct access to module’s sub sections.

Encounters

As you see you can filter by month or date range. An encounter item includes multiple sections:

Basic information about the visit itself e.g. date and time of visit, patient & payer info, doctor, etc.
Medical records added during the visit e.g. prescription or report

Out-patient services including both services and corresponding price in details. As you notice, each item in the table include detailed information about the service conducted e.g. what’s the original copayment as per the contract, how much was the discount if any, whether discount applied for hospital or payer side, payment method, etc.

Billing

This is a consolidated place to track your financials, segregated by payers. Here you can see, for each plan how many visits were conducted, how much in total the patients copayments were, and more importantly what were the total payer reimbursements.

You can also click on Export button to generate a consolidated excel sheet for each or all plans.
