Getting started with the Lnkr Hospital platform
Starting with our website: www.lnkrtech.com, then click on Solutions, then Hospital. Click on Web Platform and you will be redirected to Lnkr Hospital.
Lnkr Hospital is mainly intended for hospitals and poly clinics. So, all hospital users e.g. managers, doctors, assistants, accountants will use the same login page here.
Login & Registration
As you can see, this is the login page. If you already created an account, entered your mobile number or email address, whichever one you used upon sign up then enter your password. Otherwise, click on Create Account.
Note that only managers can sign up. Fill in your full name, mobile number or email address then password. For security reasons, there are specific requirements for password that must be met first. Next fill in hospital full name and phone number. To better understand security, feel free to check our terms and conditions.
User Access & Entity Selection
Once an account is created, you will be redirected to the login page. As previously mentioned, login is allowed to hospital managers, doctors, assistants and accountants. However each user is allowed to a specific set of modules.
Once successful, user will be prompted to choose which hospital he wants to access. This is particularly important for doctors or managers that might have access to multiple entities.
Header Icons & Settings
As you can see, there are multiple icons in the header.
User Account: There is account which is mainly your profile settings e.g. email address, mobile, full name, national ID, etc. To edit any of these, simply click edit. There is also organization, and security credentials.
Settings: You can simply choose to change the system language. Currently we are serving English and Arabic.
Organization Setup
This is an important step to complete setting up your account as a manager.
Basic Info: Which is your entity main info e.g. full name, contact info, etc. Make sure to enter this information accurately so that other users can easily find your entity. There is another tab: Media where you can upload images or logo, and any online presence of your choice.
Legal: This is your legal paperwork e.g. tax ID and Commercial Registration.
Address: Choose your city, district, etc. Make sure to fill all fields.
Roles & Permissions: This is where a manager can add/delete users according to various permissions. To add a new user, click on the button then start filling our information. Of course, you can add multiple users.
Support & Notifications
Next, there is our support section. You can find our support center, documentation including both text and videos, our chat agent.
There is also our notification center.
