The term "Lnkr", "us" or "we" refer to Lnkr LLC and the term "Pharmacy", "Pharmaceutical Provider", "you", "yours" refer to your pharmacy facility as the institutional User of Lnkr's Services. This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of Use, set forth the general rules and policies governing your facility's use of our platform. Important Pharmacy Responsibility
It is crucial to understand that your pharmacy is wholly and solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and safety of all pharmaceutical services, medication dispensing, patient counseling, and drug therapy management provided. Maintaining proper medication storage conditions, dispensing protocols, drug interaction screening, and regulatory compliance is your pharmacy's duty and obligation. Lnkr is a technology company. We simply aim to assist your pharmaceutical operations and facilitate communication with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies. We do not -and do not intend- to practice pharmacy, provide pharmaceutical advice, or make clinical decisions regarding medication therapy.
Pharmacy Authorization Required
The Services are not intended for use by facilities that are not legally authorized to operate as licensed pharmacies or dispense pharmaceutical products. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to Lnkr that your facility is properly licensed, accredited, and authorized to practice pharmacy and dispense medications. You agree that materials available through our Services are for operational and administrative purposes only, and do not act as a substitute for proper pharmaceutical protocols, drug utilization review, or professional pharmaceutical judgment. The information and Services on this platform are provided to support pharmacy operations and should be used in conjunction with established pharmaceutical standards and regulatory requirements.
2. License
By using our Services, we hereby grant your pharmacy a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, right to: (i) access, upload and use our platform for the sole purpose of using our Services in your pharmaceutical operations; and (ii) access and use information and materials provided, made available or otherwise found on our Content.
This license is not intended to be sub-assigned, sold, rented, leased, exported, imported, distributed, transferred or otherwise granted to third parties outside of your authorized pharmacy personnel, nor is such license intended for commercial use beyond your pharmaceutical operations.
Subject to these Terms, your pharmacy is hereby granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the content and materials on the application in the normal course of pharmacy operations. You may not use any third-party intellectual property without the express written permission of the applicable third party, except as permitted by law.
3. Prohibited Activities
Your pharmacy and its authorized personnel are prohibited from the following activities:
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system or network
- Breaching or circumventing security or authentication measures
- Accessing non-public areas of the Service
- Accessing another pharmacy's account or information
- Using the Service for any unlawful purposes or activities
- Impersonating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software
- Collecting or harvesting personally identifiable information from the Service
- Using automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
4. Information We Collect
Lnkr is committed to maintaining privacy protections for pharmacy Users. Our Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us. When your pharmacy uses Lnkr, we automatically collect certain information about your facility's devices and systems, including information about web browsers, IP addresses, time zones, and system configurations. Additionally, as your pharmacy uses our Services, we collect information about prescription processing, medication dispensing patterns, inventory management, and how your facility interacts with our platform.
We collect information when your pharmacy registers on Lnkr's platform or uses any of our pharmaceutical services, including prescription processing, inventory management, insurance claim processing, or patient consultation services. When using our services, as appropriate, you may be asked to provide your pharmacy name, license number, DEA registration, address, phone number, responsible pharmacist information, and other facility credentials ("Pharmacy Information").
Patient Pharmaceutical Data
By using our prescription processing services, you allow Lnkr to securely handle patient prescription information and medication histories as necessary for pharmaceutical operations. Your pharmacy is fully responsible for ensuring patient consent for data sharing and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Lnkr is a technology platform that facilitates secure pharmaceutical data exchange, however no patient data can be processed without your explicit authorization and proper patient consent.

We may request payment information for subscription fees or transaction processing. After payment, this financial information will not be stored on our servers. You may request deletion of this information at any time through your account settings.

We use Pharmacy Information to fulfill prescription processing services, facilitate communication with healthcare providers and patients, verify insurance coverage, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide platform updates and pharmaceutical industry information when aligned with your preferences.
Healthcare Provider Integration
When your pharmacy processes prescriptions through our platform, relevant prescription and dispensing information is shared with prescribing healthcare providers as necessary for patient care coordination. This includes medication dispensing confirmations, drug interaction alerts, and therapy management updates. Such data exchange occurs within secure, HIPAA-compliant channels and supports comprehensive patient care.
Insurance and Benefits Processing
When processing insurance claims and benefits verification, your pharmacy authorizes Lnkr to communicate with insurance providers, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), and benefits administrators. This includes sharing prescription information, medication costs, and patient eligibility data necessary for claims processing and prior authorization. This data sharing is essential for insurance coverage determination and cost management for patients.
6. Protecting Pharmaceutical Information
We implement comprehensive security measures specifically designed for pharmaceutical operations and patient medication data protection, following HIPAA, DEA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Upon request and after meeting legal retention requirements, your pharmacy may request deletion of operational data. Patient medication records follow healthcare data retention policies and cannot be deleted while legally required to be maintained for patient care and regulatory compliance.

We share pharmaceutical information with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies only as necessary for prescription processing, patient care coordination, insurance claims, and regulatory compliance. All sharing occurs through secure, encrypted channels with appropriate access controls.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer patient medication information or pharmacy operational data to third parties for marketing purposes. - Implement appropriate user access controls and password policies
- Monitor and audit pharmacy personnel access to the platform
- Report suspected security incidents or unauthorized access immediately

- Ensure proper handling of controlled substance data and access logs
- Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures for critical data
Your pharmacy is solely responsible for all pharmaceutical care decisions, including drug utilization review, patient counseling, medication therapy management, and clinical interventions. Lnkr provides technology tools to support these activities but does not replace professional pharmaceutical judgment or clinical decision-making.
