We also collect information from you when you register on Lnkr's Website, or use any of our services that are available on our website, including but not limited to sharing your medical information with a healthcare provider of your choice, booking a physician's appointment or connecting your profile with an insurance company of yours. When using our services, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, national identification number, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and mobile number ("Personal Information").
Important: By adding your medical information, you -by default- allow Lnkr to share those information with a healthcare provider of your choice. As a user, you are fully responsible for selecting what kind of data to share. Lnkr is a management platform that facilitates this kind of exchange in a secure and seamless way, however no data can be exchanged without your explicit consent to do so.
All your information is secured and can not be randomly accessed. For example, when booking an appointment, by entering your 4-digit pin code, you allow the healthcare provider to access your information. According to specialization, each healthcare provider will only be allowed to access a module of your information.
We may also request that you provide us with information to collect payment from your credit or debit card. After a transaction, this private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financial data, etc.) will not be stored on our servers. You may request that we delete this information at any time, or unsubscribe from emails through your account settings or by following the detailed instructions at the bottom of each email.
How We Use Your Data
We use some of the information we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize Lnkr (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the site or application, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We use the Personal Information that we collect generally to fulfill any bookings made through Lnkr, to communicate with you, screen for potential risk or fraud; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Healthcare Provider Access
In case you opt to share your medical information e.g. previous history with a healthcare provider of your choice, the data exchanged will be accessed by the provider for a limited period of time after the transaction is processed. For example, at clinic, and -if you choose to-, physician can access your previous Health Records. This is done after entering a 4-digit security pin code to allow such transaction to take place. Physician can create, read, update and delete Health Records according to his/her medical judgement.
Insurance Integration
In case you opt to connect your profile to an insurance or self-insured company of your choice, you allow such entity to process your data when needed. For example, a prescription written by a physician will be automatically sent out to your insurance or self-insured company, to allow further processing e.g. approve a medication or update your allowance plan. Opting for such service is an explicit consent from you as a user that your data will be accessed by the company.
Protecting Your Information
We strive to protect your information using international protection standards and implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place a booking or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

How Long We Keep Your Data

In case of connecting your account with an insurance or self-insured company of your choice, the data you chose to share will be available for a limited period of time after the transaction. This is mainly to keep a robust accounting and billing records for both you -as a user, and your insurance or self-insured company.
