We do not -and do not intend- to practice medicine or provide clinical guidance.

Institutional Authorization Required

The Services are not intended for use by institutions that are not legally authorized to operate as healthcare facilities or conduct healthcare-related activities. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to Lnkr that your institution is legally licensed to operate as a healthcare facility and conduct medical services. You agree that materials available through our Services are for informational and operational purposes only, and do not act as a substitute for professional medical judgment or clinical decision-making. The information and Services on this platform are provided to support healthcare administration and operations, and should be used in conjunction with proper medical protocols and institutional policies.

2. License

By using our Services, we hereby grant your institution a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, right to: (i) access, upload and use our platform for the sole purpose of using our Services in your healthcare operations; and (ii) access and use information and materials provided, made available or otherwise found on our Content.

This license is not intended to be sub-assigned, sold, rented, leased, exported, imported, distributed, transferred or otherwise granted to third parties outside of your authorized institutional users, nor is such license intended for commercial use beyond your healthcare operations.

4. Institutional Registration and Access Management

In order to access the institutional features of the Services, your hospital will need to register with Lnkr and create an institutional account through the online registration process. Your account gives your institution access to the Services and functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion.

Registration Requirements

In creating an institutional account, you must provide Lnkr with accurate and complete registration information about your healthcare facility. You must promptly notify Lnkr if any of this information changes. Upon completing your institutional data registration, this means that you have an active institutional account on our platforms. To use our Services, you will need to sign an "Institutional Agreement" and submit appropriate licenses, certifications, and accreditations proving your institution is duly authorized to operate as a healthcare facility.

Access Security and User Management

  • Your institution must maintain secure access credentials for all authorized users
  • Administrator passwords must be kept confidential at all times
  • Never respond to requests for passwords, especially from alleged Lnkr employees
  • Lnkr employees will never ask for your passwords
  • Your institution is responsible for all use of institutional accounts and user access
  • Multiple consecutive login failures may result in account suspension
  • You must manage and monitor all user access within your organization
  • Role-based access controls should be implemented based on clinical roles and job functions

You must notify Lnkr immediately if you believe your institutional account or any user credentials have been obtained or accessed by any unauthorized person or entity.

5. Communications Consent

By registering as an institutional user and providing Lnkr your contact information, you consent to our using this information to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law, system updates, security alerts, regulatory updates, and relevant healthcare industry communications. You may opt-out of non-essential communications while maintaining necessary system and security notifications.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The platform may integrate with third-party healthcare systems, EMR providers, insurance networks, pharmacy systems, laboratory networks, or other healthcare technology services that are not owned or controlled by Lnkr. Lnkr has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party systems or services.

By uploading, storing or transmitting any content through the platform, your institution grants Lnkr the necessary rights to process, store, and manage such data to provide the contracted services. All patient health information remains subject to HIPAA, HITECH, and other applicable healthcare privacy regulations.

Healthcare Data Management Agreement

You understand and agree that the relationship between your institution and Lnkr includes data management services to gather, process, secure, and manage healthcare information in compliance with applicable regulations. Your institution has provided this data to Lnkr for the purpose of delivering contracted healthcare technology services.

  • Your institution retains ownership of all institutional and patient data
  • Data retention policies will be governed by your institutional agreement
  • You are responsible for ensuring authorized personnel access to sensitive patient data
  • Your institution must maintain compliance with all healthcare privacy regulations

8. Key Institutional Responsibilities

Failing to do so, you acknowledge that Lnkr has the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Services.

  • Your institution must maintain secure access controls and user management policies
  • You are responsible for all activities performed by your authorized users
  • You must immediately report any suspected security breaches or unauthorized access
  • Institutional accounts cannot be transferred to other organizations without proper authorization
  • Regular security audits and access reviews should be conducted
  • Clinical staff should have appropriate access limitations based on their roles
