Patient Guide
Comprehensive guide for Patient using Lnkr Ecosystem.
1Website
Go to our website: https://lnkrtech.com/
Navigate to Solutions then choose Patient.
2Registration
To create a new account: Enter your Full name, mobile phone, and password.
Make sure to follow the instructions carefully when entering your password. It must be at least 8 characters long, contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
Once successfully registered, you will be redirected to the login page.
3Settings
Under settings, there are three main sections: Account, Insurance, and Payments.
Make sure to fill in all information correctly.
Profile: update your personal information such as full name, national ID, gender and date of birth.
User: Update your password, email and mobile phone number.
To protect your profile, you can set a pin code. This pin code will be required to access your profile from other devices or to share your profile with other providers.
To set a pin code, simply click on Set Pin Code, then enter your desired pin code. You will be asked to confirm your pin code by entering it again.
4Insurance
Under Insurance, there are two main sections: About, and Request.
About: By default, you will be placed on Lnkr Medical Network, which is a free network that allows you to access all medical providers within the network. You can also choose to join any other insurance company of your choice.
Request: User can send a request to join an insurance company of choice.
5Records
This is where you can find any medical records added by providers.
Prescriptions: Access to prescriptions written by doctors. A prescription might include medications, laboratory tests, or radiology services.
Reports: Similarly, user will have access to reports written by doctors.
6Network
This module includes all detailed information about medical providers within the network. A provider could be a doctor, laboratory center, radiology center, hospital, or pharmacy.
There are five main sections: Doctors, Laboratories/Radiology Centers, Hospitals, Pharmacies, and Insurers.
Under each entity, there are three main sections: Basic Information, Contact, and Services.
