Lnkr Payer Onboarding Guide


This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on how to onboard to the Lnkr ecosystem, focusing on the Lnkr Payer platform. The same logic applies to all ecosystem users. This information is based on our onboarding video script.

Getting Started

1.Visit our website: www.lnkrtech.com.
2.Click on Solutions, then Payer.
3.Select Web Platform to be redirected to https://insurer.lnkrtech.com.

Who Are Lnkr Payers?

Lnkr Payers are primarily intended for companies offering medical coverage to beneficiaries. For simplicity, we categorize payers into the following types:

TPA & HMO: Organizations managing policies on behalf of risk carriers, providing medical coverage to beneficiaries.

Self-Funded Schemes: Entities like banks, unions, or oil & gas companies that manage healthcare services internally (e.g., through HR or dedicated departments).

Discount Card Companies: Some HMOs and TPAs offer these as marketing tools, while dedicated companies provide discount cards to the broader market.

Note: All users (e.g., managers, approval doctors, accountants) use the same login page.

Login Page

If you already have an account, enter your mobile number or email address (whichever was used during sign-up) and your password.
If not, click Create Account.

Important: Only managers can sign up for new accounts.

Creating a New Account

1.Fill in your full name.
2.Enter your mobile number or email address.
3.Create a password (must meet specific security requirements—refer to our terms and conditions for details).
4.Provide the payer name and phone number.

After account creation, you will be redirected to the login page.

Access Note: Login is available for payer managers, doctors, assistants, and accountants. Each user type has access to a specific set of modules.

Dashboard Overview

Upon logging in, you'll see multiple icons in the header:

User Account

This section handles your profile settings:

Edit details such as email address, mobile number, full name, national ID, etc.

Access Organization and Security Credentials options.

Settings

Change the system language (currently supporting English and Arabic).

Organization Setup

This is a crucial step for managers to complete account setup.

Basic Info: Enter your entity's main information (e.g., full name, contact info). Ensure accuracy so other users can easily find your entity.

Media: Upload images, logos, or any online presence links.

Legal: Provide legal paperwork (e.g., tax ID, Commercial Registration).

Address: Select your city, district, and fill in all required fields.

Roles & Permissions: Add or delete users with specific permissions.

To add a new user: Click the button and fill in the information.

You can add multiple users as needed.

Support and Notifications

Support Section: Access our support center, documentation (including text and videos), and chat agent.
Notification Center: Stay updated with system notifications.
