Beneficiaries Module Documentation
Overview
The Beneficiaries Module is the central hub for managing your insurance members. This module allows you to onboard new members, monitor their medical records, and track their consumption in real-time against policy limits.
1. Onboarding Beneficiaries
There are two primary methods for onboarding members into your insurance plans.
Option A: Lnkr Mobile Application (Recommended)
We highly encourage onboarding through the Lnkr Mobile App to ensure data accuracy and user engagement.
Personal Details: Age, gender, and marital status.
Medical History: Chronic conditions, smoking status, family history, and allergies.
Note: Data is exchanged in real-time. For example, if a member updates a food allergy, it is instantly reflected on your screen.
Click Process Request.
Assign the Status, Policy, Plan, and Inclusion Category.
Crucial Step: You must input the member's Current Consumption (number of visits and billed amounts already used). This ensures accurate monitoring moving forward. Ensure these amounts do not exceed the policy ceiling.
Option B: Batch Enrollment
For bulk additions, use the Batch Enrollment feature.
2. Member Management & Monitoring
Once onboarded, members appear in the Members List, which can be filtered by specific plans. Clicking on a member's profile grants access to three detailed tabs:
A. Basic Info
Displays the personal information completed by the member via the mobile app.
Remove Member: Use this button only if you need to permanently remove a member from your insurance company.
B. Card Info
Provides a detailed view of the member's insurance card status and policy alignment.
Suspension: Managers can suspend a card by documenting a valid Suspension Reason and setting an End Date.
Real-Time Consumption: This section offers a critical view of service usage. You can monitor:
Visits: Consumed visits versus the allowed limit.
Allowance: Billed amount ($) consumed versus the financial limit.
C. Medical Records
This tab is dedicated strictly to clinical data.
Contents: View prescriptions (from clinics/hospitals), lab results, scan images, and medical reports.
