Marcos Salib is the Founder and CEO of Lnkr, the healthtech company building Egypt’s and the MENA region’s first comprehensive smart healthcare ecosystem. Since founding the company in 2022, he has led the development of a real-time digital infrastructure that connects patients, providers, insurers, pharmacies and institutions—eliminating fragmentation and improving clinical and financial outcomes across the healthcare value chain.

Under his leadership Lnkr operates more than 21 production applications, including advanced hospital information systems, digital prescriptions, real-time health information exchange, claims processing and AI-powered services. The platform currently processes over 65,000 transactions per month at 99 % uptime while delivering significant cloud-cost efficiencies. Lnkr is live in Egypt, Libya and Oman, with expansion underway across the Gulf.

Marcos holds a Master’s degree in Robotics, Cognition and Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor’s in Management and Technology from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), as well as a Bachelor’s in Mechatronics Engineering from Helwan University. His earlier career includes engineering roles at Paltech Robotics (Munich), Orascom Construction Industries and Ghabbour Automotive, giving him deep expertise in complex systems, AI, robotics and production-scale software.

He combines rigorous engineering, hands-on technical leadership and a clear vision: to make high-quality, interoperable health information the standard across the MENA region.
